no caffeine before appt - causes your eyes to twtch *please arrive atleast 5 min early to your appt - new client / we do take about 3-5 min over consultation *no contact lenses *no make up come in with a bare face *come in with comfy clothes you will be laying for about 1hr-3hrs depending on the service *no extra guest (kid,significant other,etc) my room is only big enough for myself and the person that is getting serviced *mask is not required but suggested *when you arrive please send a text “im here” and i will instruct you when to walk up to the door *no parking in driveway $20 non refundable deposit is required to book appt 10 min grace period result in a $10 late fee anything after 10 min canceled appt +the full service fee if wanting to book a new appt new deposit must be sent! i know things happen but please send a text if you are running late this is my job please respect my time if you need to reschedule or cancel please do so before 48 hrs (2days) before your appt to avoid loosing your DEPOSIT - you can only reschedule once 24 hr cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the service want to RESCHEDULE within the 24hr mark will still result in 50% service charge and new deposit must be sent No show or day of cancellation will result in a 100% service charge if payment is not sent within the 24hrs you will be able to book with me again until the fee is sent if wanting to reschedule day of you will be charged 100% fee plus new deposit has to be sent no refunds if you have any issues with your lashes you have 48hrs to let me know for example :small detail fix not full enough, too full etc .. please communicate with me ladies
